  • We’ll keep things organized and low-pressure: check-in on what brought you to therapy, your goals and current stressors, and what has or hasn’t helped before. I’ll explain confidentiality, policies, and how I work, then we’ll co-create an initial plan—frequency, supports for executive functioning, and one doable step to try between sessions. You’re also always welcome to ask questions at any time.

Disclaimer: as an LPC-Associate, it is my ethical obligation to monitor client progress towards goals and my therapeutic effectiveness to ensure clients are benefiting from therapy.
